RETURN Policy
Sometimes the items you purchase on-line do not meet your original expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned, at the customer’s expense, to Reel Power Handles within 7 Days. After this time we must consider all sales as being final. Please contact our sales office if you wish to return an item.

REFUND Policy
Refunds are available less a 10% restocking fee. Must comply with the Return policy as well.


CANCELLATION Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of order for a full refund. If you cancel your order after 3 business days, purchase items must be returned, at the customer’s expense, to Reel Power Handles within 7 Days of receiving the product. After this time we must consider all sales as being final. Please see our RETURN Policy above.
